ECE Students industrial Visit 03-02-26

An Industrial Visit to Kothagudem Thermal Power Station (KTPS) was organized on 03-02-2026 for the students of Priyadarshini Institute of Science and Technology for Women to provide practical exposure to industrial operations.

During the visit, students observed the power generation process, control systems, turbines, boilers, and other major components used in the thermal power plant. The engineers at KTPS explained the working principles of thermal power generation and safety measures followed in the plant.

The visit helped students understand the practical applications of engineering concepts and gave them valuable insight into real-world industrial practices. The industrial tour was highly informative and provided students with a better understanding of power generation technology and industrial management.
