Dr. K.Sirisha , Dean –Training and Placement and Assistant Professor in Humanities and Sciences  Department , Priyadarshini Institute of Science and Technology for Women (PRIW) is having more than 14 years of academic career in teaching and administration, 9 years of research in Engineering and MBA institutions. She obtained her MHRM from Kakatiya University in 2005, M.COM from Kakatiya University in 2007, MBA from Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2010, Qualified TS-SET in 2018., She has done her Ph.D  in the field of Business Management at Sri Padmavathi Mahila University, Tirupathi  and awarded in 2015. She guided a number of UG and PG projects. She has done with 20 publications in Journals and Conferences at National and International level. Her research work was published in Elsevier, Springer, SCOPUS etc..  Her areas include Human Resources, Finance, Marketing , Entrepreneurship, etc. and has an  experience in organizing symposiums and International Conference, leaded number of Academic and Administrative works.

Her interest’s include Career Guidance , Training programmes like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshop, Public Sector Exam Training for students who are interested to join Government Sectors..
